Corporate Solicitor

Boutique, commercial law firm looking for a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor into their Preston offices.
Our client is looking for an exceptional Corporate Solicitor to join the team which deals with an impressive range of high-quality commercial work for their national client base.
Within this role, you will be working as part of the team but will also have day to day responsibility for your own matters including:

Disposals
Contract drafting
Trademark matters
Data protection
Mergers and acquisitions
Private equity
Sales and purchases
Reorganisation initiatives


They also offer a competitive salary for the area, 28 days annual leave (plus statutory holidays) and hybrid working options.

The successful candidate for this Corporate Solicitor position will ideally has previous experience within Corporate law, are able to work well under pressure and is ambitious with their long-term career goals.
