Corporate Solicitor

Commercial, established law firm looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor into their Manchester office.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role to work with a diverse client base on high-value, complex matters that includes:

Mergers and acquisitions
Private equity
Sales and purchases
Reorganisation initiatives.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining fantastic client relationships and provide advice when needed.
The successful candidate will ideally have 6+ years’ PQE, is able to work effectively as part of a team and wants to establish themselves for the long-term.
