£25,000pa - £33,000pa + 25 days holiday, pension, quarterly team events, hybrid working
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

KHR has partnered with a reputable full-service digital marketing agency based in Deal who are looking for a client-orientated Account Manager/ Client Services Executive to join their team.

As the Account Manager / Client Services Executive you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end digital delivery process, ensuring clients receive regular updates and communication, and that all parts of the campaign are delivered.



Roles and Responsibilities:

● Oversee the entire digital production process, from onboarding to end-of-campaign report
● Collaborate with editorial, design, activation, sales, and other stakeholders
● Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering timely updates and reports on campaign performance and progress
● Ensure client reporting is all working
● Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements
● Coordinate with internal teams and external sources for specialised projects
● Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring they meet design and technical specifications
● Proof all ads before going live

Candidate Profile:

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in client liaison or account management roles
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, and Social Media
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
● Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
● Able to create a digital campaign on Meta and Google (desirable)
● Experience working with TikTok (desirable)
