Senior Project Manager

Our client is a specialist main contractor and developer who cover various projects all over the London & South East.

They specialise in the full refurbishment of commercial buildings to residential use.
They currently have a live project in Aylesbury where they are converting a commercial building into 160 residential units.
They are looking for a Senior Project Manager for this live project.
Aylesbury Project duration – 4-6 months.

The successful applicant will then be moved onto one of the client’s next projects.
Start date - ASAP
Criteria:

Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
Must have experience in residential/commercial construction
Fit Out management experience – essential
Strong knowledge of M+E, Steel Frame, RC construction beneficial.
Experience managing team of site supervisors + gangermen on site and day to day duties on site
Very programme conscious and driven
Able to attend meetings, produce reports and assist the construction manager on site with general matters
Review and manage surrounding project requirements – Quality, Health & Safety and Temporary works etc.
Management and health and safety qualifications
CSCS
Strong communication and leadership skills
Strong IT skills
Car driver – desirable
