Executive Chef (Golf)Salary: $90,000 – $105,000Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States I am excited to have teamed up with a prosperous hospitality group that is expanding their team.

Due to exciting growth, they are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join their culinary team and infuse it with their creativity, passion, and ambition!Responsibilities:
Lead the property’s culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly and the food quality exceeds customer’s expectationsEnsure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellenceCreate and develop menus to reflect the restaurant conceptsHire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamworkEnsure that the kitchen is staffed appropriatelyOversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislationManage cost controls, forecasting and inventory managementReview financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded
 Executive Chef Qualifications:
Proven experience in a comparable role, preferably within a similar establishmentAbility to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environmentA well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team membersPrevious Club experience is a mustDetail orientated professional with excellent communication, organizational and time-management skillsDegree in Culinary Arts is preferred
