The resort is currently seeking a General Manager to lead its team and ensure exceptional hospitality experiences.Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of resort operations, including accommodations, food and beverage, recreation, and guest servicesManaging and leading a diverse team of employees of around 90 people, including hiring, training, and performance managementEnsuring exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitalityDeveloping and managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasting to optimize revenue and control costsCollaborating with department heads to coordinate and execute resort-wide initiatives and events
Ideal General Manager:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort or hotel settingExperience working in a Island ResortStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and stakeholders at all levelsSolid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue management principlesUS Citizen – no visa sponsorship offered
