Day Shift Mechanical Engineer – FM Service Provider  - Tourist Attraction - South West London - Up to £43,000CBW is currently recruiting for a Day Shift Mechanical Engineer to cover a large tourist attraction located in South West London.

The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

In return, the company is paying a competitive salary of up to £43,000, further training and career progression.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesExperience working with hot water systems/ heating systemsFire alarm testing and sprinkler testingAHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleansPumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing,Water pressurization unitsCalorifiers – annual inspection, de-scalingCooling towersBoilers – re-setsChillers – re-sets, 1st Line faultsHours of Work & Package Information2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off, 07:00 am to 19:00pm/ 10:00 am to 22:00 pm£43,000 per annumLots of overtime available20 Days holiday  Uniform and Tools ProvidedCycle to work schemeOvertime AvailableA lot of progression availableAnnual pay review RequirementsMechanically qualified to Level 2 or equivalentAir Conditioning & Refrigeration C&G (Highly desirable - Not essential)F-gas (Highly desirable – Not essential)Commercial Building maintenance experiencePositive attitudeMulti-SkilledGood communication skillsPlease send your CV today to Alex Denton of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this role.
