Are you passionate about guiding young individuals toward a brighter future? Service Care Solutions invites you to join our team as a Youth Offending Service Case Worker in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

In this role, you'll work closely with children and young people facing complex needs and behaviors, both in the community and in custody.

Here's what the position entails:
Responsibilities:

Conducting holistic assessments to understand risk and protective factors.
Developing and implementing creative interventions to address criminogenic needs.
Engaging and motivating clients to comply with court orders and build trusting relationships.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
Incorporating restorative approaches into daily practice.
Preparing reports for courts and referral order panels.
Attending court proceedings to provide support and guidance.
Working with parents to develop their parenting skills and support their child's progress.
Undertaking various duties including office tasks, home visits, and self-evaluation.
Maintaining accurate records and staying updated on practice developments and legislation.
