Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Portfolio - London/M25 - Up to £43,000 + Van and Fuel Card   CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial portfolio within London/M25.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance.

  Key Responsibilities Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance Carry out electrical installation works as requiredWork as part of a team utilising other skills as required.General Building Maintenance PPM and reactive Maintenance on Electrical, Mechanical and Building FabricsRespond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.Hours of workMonday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour weekPackageBasic Salary of up to £43,000Call out 1 in 6 Overtime available (1.5x in the week, 2x Saturday & Sunday)In house training RequirementsNVQ level 2 or 3 Electrical A good knowledge of electrical servicesGeneral Building MaintenanceMulti-SkilledWork overtime when requiredMechanical experience desirable
