They are looking for an experienced Toolmaker to join their team, who can put their expertise into practice on their top of the range machinery. ToolmakerMain Responsibilities
Repair & modify injection moulding tooling.Prepare new injection moulding tooling for production.Provide technical support on all tooling matters.Communicate with production & maintenance departments, ensuring all areas are up to date and aware of arising issues.Operate EDM machinery.Operate CNC Milling machines.Operate CNC Turning machines.Operate grinding machines.
 ToolmakerThe Candidate
Must have CNC programming experience.Must have EDM wire and spark erosion experience.Must have worked in a toolmaking position.Proficient in using CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines.Experienced with fitting, assembling mould tools, including repairs.
