Assist in the creation and scheduling of content for social media, email marketing, newsletters and blogs
Social media monitoring and analytics
Help organise and support marketing campaigns and events.
Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases
Support SEO efforts, website content updates, and performance tracking using Google Analytics and similar tools
Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Assist in building content calendar
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales and operations) to align marketing efforts with business goals
Assist in copywriting for marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and newsletters
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements

QA’s Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship provides a solid foundation of practical skills integral to becoming competent in fast-paced marketing roles.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, with 1 hour lunch break.
