Adult Transition Social Worker

Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead are looking for a Qualified Social Worker within Adult Services to join their Transitions Team on a full-time locum contract.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience as a Adult Social Worker.

Responsibilities for you as a Social Worker:

Carry a caseload of vulnerable people 16+ who have a Learning Disability.
Working with service users who are at risk of admission or are in a Mental health placement.
Use appropriate risk management and MDT approach when working.
Advocate for service user independence where appropriate.

Requirements of you as a Social Worker:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid Social Work England registration
Have experience or knowledge as a Children Social Worker

Location: Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead
Umbrella pay rate: £42.00 p/h
