Identify and escalate threats to Production, so that timely and cost effective responses can be implemented
Develop and commission small/medium sized projects and provide input to larger/more technically complex projects
Provide technical input to the procurement process, including catalysts
Support the preparation and execution of maintenance events such as outages, turnarounds, pit stops and shutdowns, in particular
Engaging in a personal and career development programme to support with progression through the company to a Process Engineer.

The Graduate Process Engineer will ideally be qualified to degree level in a chemical discipline, as well as being proficient using Microsoft Office software, specifically MS word and MS Excel.

Possessing a good understanding of the cosmetics industry and industrial manufacturing is highly beneficial but not essential.
