Day to day, you will be speaking with clients and resolving queries alongside identifying clients who are not using their account to the maximum and upselling in order to settle this.
This is a client facing role and you will be expected to use every engagement with the clients as an opportunity to positively represent the business. This company are the market leaders in the fuel card industry, providing service to over 6000 stations nationwide.
They have been trading since 1983 and are constantly expanding and improving. The ideal candidate will be driven and motivated whilst also being customer focused.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales is useful but not essential.
You will have a confident telephone manner and great negotiating skills.
