Property Lawyer (part-time)

Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London-based local authority who are seeking a part-time Property Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.

Please find below further details with regards to this opportunity.ROLE: Property Lawyer (part-time) LOCATION: South London RATE: £40-50ph DOE CONTRACT: 3 months with possibility of extension.

3 days per week.Please note that this role would require 1 day in the office per week.The Role of the Property Lawyer

To manage a caseload of property law matters through to completion
Caseload would consist of commercial leases, renewals, licences, auction sales and advisory work
To take on any other complex cases when required to do so

The Person

A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
Previous experience of working with the legal department of a local authority would be desirable
Technically sound with complex commercial property transactions
