In order to meet increasing demand, an enthusiastic, experienced and Warehouse Operative is required to provide exceptional operational focussed support & service to all customers for a leading distributor of safety, welfare and site equipment for the construction industry.The successful Warehouse Operative will be responsible for providing wide ranging warehouse functionality.

The successful candidate will also help to identify areas of improvement in processes, data and safety.

We are looking to place full time Warehouse Operatives and Production personal.

If you are positive and reliable with a “can do” attitude then apply today.Key Responsibilities In conjunction with the team, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

Multiple functions within the warehousing environment.
Picking, packing, goods in etc…
Identify improvement opportunities within the business and when visiting customer sites and feedback to the Team Leader
Be Health & Safety conscious of one’s surroundings, manner of work and bring any potential risks to the team leaders attention
Maintain a clean and tidy work area as well as help to maintain general warehouse areas.

Skills and Experience

Previous picking and packing experience a must.
Computer literate.
Strong communication skills.
RELIABILITY and POSITIVE attitude is an absolute MUST.
Clean UK driving license will be highly advantageous but not essential
Forklift operator experience will be advantageous but not essential
Previous experience in a warehousing role with H&S / ISO experience advantageous but not essential
Production role also available for the right candidate.
