Position: Band 3 Mental Healthcare Assistant
Location: Lancaster, LA1 4JJContract: Ad-hoc (full time/part time)Pay: £12.5 - £15 per hour + Uplifts for nights and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the care and support of patients in a Mental Healthcare setting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the wellbeing of patients.
Engage in therapeutic activities and provide emotional support to patients.
Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

6 months UK experience in a Healthcare or Mental Healthcare role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, compassion, and a patient-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work during nights and weekends as required.
