Night Support Worker

ocation: Hammersmith & Fulham, London
Salary: £13.85 per hour / £28,808 per annum (based on 40 hrs/week)
Overtime Rate: £15.52 per hour
Hours: 4 nights per week (40 hours total)

About the Role:
As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing, dignity, and safety of the people we support throughout the night. Responsibilities include:

Providing personal care in a respectful, person-centred way

Using hoists and moving & handling techniques as required

Monitoring and responding to the needs of individuals overnight

Keeping detailed and accurate records and completing handovers

Supporting with routines like settling for bed and early morning personal care

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with people with learning disabilities and complex needs

Comfortable with night shifts and able to remain alert and responsive

Skilled in personal care and manual handling

A caring, patient, and dependable team player
