CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance in a commercial building in Barbican, London.  The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical and AC commercial building maintenance.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

Mechanical maintenance  dutiesCondensers, Condenser returnsAHUs / FCUs -  filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleansPumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
Close control units on A/C UnitsPlanned and reactive maintenanceExtensive building services knowledge 

Hours of Work & rates

up to £25p/hMonday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pmTemporary ongoing roleImmediate start 

Requirements

AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 / Mechanical C&GMust be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient Facing
