The Role:

We are excited to be working with a truly special fine dining restaurant in the heart of Central London, and we’re now looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead the team. This is a small, intimate venue with a strong focus on exceptional service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable guest experience. While the standard of food and service is high, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, so we’re looking for someone who is both professional and personable.
