Apprentice Retail Assistant

BOC Ltd are looking to recruit an Apprentice Retail Assistant for our shop in Camborne. 

What you will be doing in your role:

Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, assisting customers with their needs, and providing product knowledge and guidance to ensure they find the best solutions. Sales Opportunities: Identify growth opportunities, offering additional products and services to meet customer needs and enhance their experience. Stock Management: Keep the store well-stocked and organised to meet customer demands effectively. Safety Compliance: Follow and enforce strict safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and colleagues. Team Support: Collaborate with your colleagues to maintain the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Training Outcome:

On completion of your apprenticeship, you will have gained the required knowledge, skills and behaviours to help your progress to a Retail Store Assistant. From there the possibilities are endless, with the option to progress to a Retail Store Manager depending on your future aspirations.

Working Hours :
37.5 hours. Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm.
