Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Out of Hours Customer Relations Consultant (CRC) to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively recruit candidates for healthcare positions through multiple channels, including advertisements, networking, headhunting, and CV library. Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure continued engagement and retention of candidates. Reactivate dormant or disengaged candidates to enhance our talent pool. Efficiently match candidates to client shifts in designated geographical areas, ensuring coverage aligns with client needs. Provide compassionate and empathetic support to clients and healthcare professionals.Key Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in a service-related industry, ideally in customer support or healthcare.
✔ Experience handling on-call queries and urgent service requests.
✔ Fluent in English (should have prior experience communicating with UK clients).
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations professionally.
✔ Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Email, Word, and Excel).
