Job Role

As a Family Partner, you will play a key role in driving the success of the firm’s Family Law department, handling complex private family matters while leading and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of high-net-worth financial settlements, divorces, and private children matters
• Leading and mentoring the family law team
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Driving business development and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

10+ years PQE in Private Family Law
• Strong track record handling complex financial and HNW cases
• Proven leadership and business development skills
• Excellent client care and relationship management abilities
• Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
