Brigade Size: 4–12 chefs per site

We are excited to partner with a growing restaurant group, known for its vibrant all-day dining venues across London and a new opening in Manchester. They are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead their kitchens, drive menu innovation, and support team development.

The Role:

Full ownership of kitchens and food direction across multiple sites.Lead seasonal menu changes and development.Mentor and upskill Head Chefs and kitchen teams.Oversee food cost management, stock control, and supplier relationships.Drive sustainability initiatives, reducing food waste and promoting ethical sourcing.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.

The Ideal Executive Chef:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Group Head Chef in a multi-site environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams (50+ staff).Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and innovative menu development.Excellent business acumen, with experience analysing P&L reports and managing budgets.Proficient in BOH systems, procurement, and recipe development software.Hands-on approach, with flexibility to work weekends and support sites as needed.
