Take the lead at a prestigious Hotel and golf course in Ireland, known for its fine dining excellence and multi-outlet operations. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage and elevate the culinary standards across three distinct restaurant outlets.

About the position

Oversee all culinary operations for the resortLead and inspire a team of chefs to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.Manage both volume dining and large-scale banqueting operations, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional guest experiences.Use your expertise to create innovative, seasonal menus that highlight premium ingredients.Develop junior chefs through training, mentoring, and strong operational control over kitchen processes.Collaborate closely with the management team to implement strategies that drive success across all outlets.

 

The successful candidate

Proven experience as an Executive Chef.Leadership skills to oversee a multi-outlet operation, while ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency.Creative culinary approach with a passion for innovation and seasonal menu development.Excellent organisational and team-building abilities.
