For the successful Customer Service Executive client is offering:

Handling incoming calls ensuring KPIs are met Proactively manage the account ensuring that delayed orders and breakages are chased and communicated effectivelyTo answer technical questionsInputting orders on the same day as they're received To provide support with order entry and returnsAccurate data entryWhat our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:
Must possess an excellent telephone manner - ESSENTIAL Previous customer service experience working in an office environment - ESSENTIAL Experience in dealing with customersBasic computer skillsMust be able to work effectively as part of a teamKey skills or similar Job titles:
