Trainee Conveyancer

Role: Trainee Conveyancer Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 Location: Southport Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or someone who has managed a small caseload? You should have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and third parties. A proactive and customer-focused approach is essential. Key Responsibilities: As this role requires fee-earning experience, candidates may have managed as few as five files or more. However, the goal is to develop your skills to independently handle a caseload of up to 60 files. - Manage a caseload of circa 60 freehold and leasehold transactions under supervision of sale and purchase files. - Draft correspondence, review mortgage offers, and check contract documentation - Understand and report on search results. - Respond to legal enquiries and process post. - Handle completion tasks, including pre-completion searches and producing completion letters. - Chase clients for payments, verify identification, and manage starter pack issues. - Maintain a daily task list and meet company targets.
