Job Role
This role offers exposure to a diverse range of corporate and commercial work, including private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, and shareholders agreements. The firm is open to candidates of all PQE levels.

Key Responsibilities

Handling a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and asset sales Assisting with shareholder agreements and share schemes Providing strategic legal advice to clients Working collaboratively with other teams within the firm

Job Requirements

Qualified Solicitor (all PQE levels considered) Strong technical expertise in corporate and commercial law Excellent client care and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
