We are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for a fantastic restaurant in North London, a firm favourite among true foodie Londoners and visitors alike. The Junior Sous Chef will work with a 1 AA Rosette fresh-food menu that changes daily, focusing on seasonal, sustainable produce sourced from London and its outskirts.
This role offers hands-on experience across all areas of the kitchen. Rosette experience isn't required—just a hunger to learn, a passion for elevated small plates, and a deep love for quality ingredients.
