The role involves working with top-quality seasonal produce from Britain and combining these ingredients with spices from around the world.

A Chef de Partie Pastry with a proven employment history working in fine dining restaurants.The ideal Chef de Partie Pastry will have experience in both prep/plating for tasting menus.All candidates should be self-motivated, career driven as well as been a great team player.A Chef de Partie Pastry who has previously worked in Michelin starred restaurants would be ideal but not essential.
