Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card

About the Role: We are currently looking for a Fire Door Carpenter to join our client’s team, covering contracts across London and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:Fire Door Installation: Install, maintain, and repair fire doors in commercial and residential properties, ensuring all work is carried out in line with fire safety regulations and standards.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure all installations meet relevant fire safety standards, regulations, and codes of practice.

Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

Client Liaison: Liaise with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork for each project, including reports on work completed and any issues encountered.

Travel: Cover contracts in London and surrounding areas, ensuring timely and safe travel to sites.

Skills & Experience:Essential:

Level 2 Qualified Carpenter with experience in fire door installation.

Relevant Passive Fire Accreditation (e.g., FIRAS or equivalent).

Proven experience in fitting and maintaining fire doors.

A good understanding of fire safety regulations and best practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must hold a valid UK driver’s license (no more than 6 penalty points).

Desirable:

Experience working on commercial and residential contracts.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
