Business Administration Apprentice

You will assist in the provision of an efficient and effective administrative support service whilst undertaking a level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Key responsibilities:

Providing office support: Answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing general office tasks Providing information to customers or colleagues Managing records and files: Maintaining accurate and organised records, ensuring confidential information is handled securely Assisting with data entry and analysis: Inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, and assisting with data analysis reports for training, assessment teams, clients and partners Supporting communication and events: Drafting correspondence, preparing reports, organising meetings, and taking minutes Learning and development: Participating in training programs, learning new software and systems, and developing skills through on-the-job experience Undertake any such duties commensurate with the post as directed by the Line Manager

Additional Information:

As part of the wider duties and responsibilities, the post holder is expected to promote and actively support the organisations responsibilities towards the awarding bodies regulations. A good knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act 2018 and a willingness and commitment to ensure compliance of this and any associated data-related legislation.

The postholder will be fully supported during the apprenticeship and will receive a full induction and ongoing training.



Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard English and maths (if required) Level 2

Training Outcome:

This opportunity includes the potential to increase wages at 6 months and 12 months based on successful achievement of KPIs.

There are opportunities to develop other skills and experience including in Health and Safety and training and development. There is progression routes to centre coordinator on successful completion of apprenticeship.
