As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a children's residential home, ensuring the highest Ofsted standards are met, and leading a team in providing therapeutic care. This role offers salary range of £41,560 - £55,890 and benefits. What We Are Looking For: ? Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role. ? Possess Ofsted-regulated management experience. ? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or near completion). ?
