Room Leader

We are looking for a Room Leader to join one of our busy nurseries in Basingstoke.

This is an opportunity to further your career within Early Years working with a friendly team and grow your capabilities across multiple rooms.

Drivers preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute age-appropriate activities Create a safe and stimulating environment where the children can learn and thrive Be a Key Peron – develop and care for a group of children on a 1:1 basis Lead the daily operations of the nursery Ensure the highest standards of care, safety and education Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff

About You:

Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above (essential) Previous experience in an advisory role is desired Strong knowledge of EYFS, and safeguarding Passionate about fostering the development of children
