Nursery Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Nursery Manager for a lovely setting Reading. Set by the countryside, this nursery also boasts wonderful outdoor areas.

This is an opportunity to lead a well-established nursery with a warm and friendly team. Successful applicants will oversee the running of the nursery ensuring it continues to thrive and grow.

Key Responsibilities as the Nursery Manager:

Lead the daily operations of the nursery Oversee a dedicated team of early years professionals so that they continue to provide excellent childcare Ensure the highest standards of care, safety and education Oversee curriculum planning and tracking of children's development Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff

About you as the Nursery Manager:

Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy in a busy setting (required) Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding legislation and Ofsted expectations A confident, supportive leader with the ability to build and develop strong teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Committed to delivering inclusive, high-quality early years practice
