We are seeking a New Build Assistant Contracts Manager / Surveyor to join a building and maintenance company working across residential properties. The role will support the delivery of new build and refurbishment projects, with individual project values of up to £600,000.
Salary: £40,000 Contract Type: Full time, permanent Start: ASAP
Duties:
Pricing and costing works across residential new build and maintenance projects
Surveying works on site and assisting with project planning and delivery
Liaising with clients to ensure clear communication and smooth project progression
Managing and overseeing jobs from start through to completion
Supporting coordination of labour, materials, and subcontractors
Managing between 4 to 10 operatives across multiple sites
Using laptops and construction software for pricing, reporting, and job management, therefore strong I.T literacy is required
Requirements:
Experience within new build and refurbishment projects would be an advantage
Valid driving licence
SSSTS or SMSTS
CSCS card
Working at Heights
