Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator

Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Foster a welcoming environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence among children. Monitor and assess each child's progress, maintaining accurate records of development milestones. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to organise daily routines, special events, and outings. Manage behaviour positively, promoting good manners and respect among children. Support the management team in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and policies.

Training Outcome:
