Business Administration Apprentice

Be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. Manage visitor sign-in, badges, access passes, and front-desk security protocols. Handle general enquiries, lunch deliveries, post, deliveries, and couriers. Support the planning and delivery of internal events — socials, all-hands meetings, wellbeing initiatives, and charity fundraisers. Assist with logistics, event setup, and on-the-day coordination to ensure everything runs seamlessly.  Prepare welcome packs and support first-day logistics for new joiners.  Provide administrative support to the Workplace team. 
Ad hoc personal errands for Core (exec members) as required 

Training:
Online lessons via Teams  Will occur every 3 weeks 

Training Outcome:
Can be spoken about in the interviews
