Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship

The Content Creator Apprentice will support our partner’s digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms by producing creative, authentic, and community-focused content. The content creator must be comfortable going on livestreams on Instagram and TikTok.

Main Responsibilities:

Film, edit, and produce short-form video content using CapCut for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts Manage all social media pages Go live on Instagram and TikTok Create Canva graphics for campaigns, class promotions, workshops, and branded studio assets Assist with planning and storyboarding content aligned with our brand identity Support management of digital platforms, including uploading content and basic analytics Help maintain brand consistency across the company's visual identity and messaging Document the company’s social-impact work (community classes, social prescribing, partnerships) Support digital content needs for festivals, corporate sessions, and external activations Organise and store digital assets using structured file-management practices Engage fully with the apprenticeship learning modules and apply skills to real studio projects

Development Opportunities:

Building confidence in CapCut editing, Canva design, content strategy, storytelling, and analytics Exposure to creative campaign planning, events, and community-led wellbeing projects Pathway to a future role as an in-house content creator or digital marketing lead

Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

Training Outcome:
