Marketing apprentice
Weekly recording, editing, and scheduling of content across multiple social media platforms
Creating engaging content aligned with current trends, music, and popular reel formats
Regularly sourcing new creative ideas to increase reach and engagement
Writing and distributing weekly customer newsletters
Producing product photography for website use
Uploading products, writing descriptions, and managing online listings
Monthly website updates and maintenance, including new imagery, headings, and SEO optimisation
Supporting and promoting local events including fashion shows, talks, and pop-up shops
Managing content creation and POS systems at events
Labelling and pricing products accurate
Conducting stock counts and reconciling inventory with website quantities
Face-to-face customer interaction, including welcoming customers and handling POS transactions
Providing customer service support during in-store and event-based sales
Planning and placing advertisements across Google, Facebook, and other digital platforms
Researching audience demographics to support effective ad placement in local publications
Training:
Training will be completed remotely, at Basingstoke ITEC and on-site at the employer's premises.
Training Outcome:
Potential to progress to a higher level qualification
