Care Administrator Apprentice (Geocare Services Limited)
The Care Administrator Apprentice will support the office team with administrative duties to ensure safe, efficient delivery of home care. This role may occasionally involve community-based tasks when required (full training provided).
Main duties include:
Answering calls and emails Updating records on digital care systems Supporting with onboarding (ID / references / DBS) Preparing and assisting with rota scheduling Scanning, filing and maintaining documentation Monitoring training and compliance requirements Data entry, minute taking & general office duties Providing professional customer service to service users & families Maintaining confidentiality & safeguarding at all times May be required to go out into the community when needed – full training will be provided Must be able to drive – ideally with access to own vehicle (mileage paid)Training Outcome:
Progression into permanent Care Administrator or Care Coordinator role after apprenticeship completion.
