Level 5 Apprentice

Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Support children’s emotional, social, physical and educational development Plan and take part in age-appropriate, play-based learning activities Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for children Observe, assess and record children’s progress Build positive relationships with parents and carers Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures at all times Support daily routines including meals, toileting and rest times Work effectively as part of a supportive team

Training:

Training will take place within the workplace at Shiningstars Nursery through remote online learning and virtual sessions with a dedicated Skills Coach. Training will be delivered regularly throughout the apprenticeship, alongside normal working hours.

Training Outcome:

Progression opportunities will be discussed following the successful completion of the apprenticeship.
