Autocare Technician Apprenticeship

As an Autocare Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians and develop essential workshop skills, including:

Assisting qualified technicians with vehicle servicing and repairs Carrying out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre checks, and brake inspections Learning to diagnose basic vehicle faults Using workshop tools and equipment safely and correctly Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised workshop Following all health and safety procedures Attending college or training provider sessions as part of the apprenticeship programme

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
Progression to Level 3 and permanent role

Great Harwood Service Centre is a well-established and trusted independent garage based in Blackburn. GHSC delivers high-quality vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOTs, working on a wide range of vehicle brands including Mercedes, Audi, Volvo, and Mini.

They are currently looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic level 2 Autocare Apprentice to join their busy workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the motor vehicle industry while gaining hands-on experience and a recognised qualification.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00 and Friday, 08:00 - 14:30.
