Apprentice Administrator
Greeting customers visiting the showroom
Answering incoming phone calls confidently and professionally
Taking customer messages and booking in measures/appointments
Supporting customers with basic product information (training provided)
Processing payments and deposits
Inputting quotes and jobs into our systems
Assisting with invoices and customer paperwork
Managing emails, messages, and day-to-day admin tasks
Keeping the showroom tidy and organised
Communicating with fitters, suppliers, and customers
Helping with diary planning and job scheduling
Occasionally assisting with small errands or collections
Training:
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, including:
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours End-Point AssessmentTraining Outcome:
Potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

MCK Flooring is a fast-growing flooring business with two busy retail showrooms and a strong reputation for quality, customer service, and professionalism. We are now looking for a motivated and confident Apprentice Administrator to join our team and grow into a key member of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a young person who wants to start a career in business, customer service, retail operations or office administration. Full training will be provided both in-house and through an approved apprenticeship programme.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
