This is a high-energy, hands-on leadership role within a busy Pub & Grill environment at the heart of a vibrant hospitality operation. You’ll take full ownership of your department. Recruiting, training and motivating a personality-led team to deliver outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences. Alongside leading from the front, you’ll be accountable for hitting sales and GP targets, maintaining faultless standards, and ensuring the operation runs smoothly in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
