Recruitment & Administration Apprentice
Answering and managing incoming telephone calls professionally. Speaking with Care Home Managers, hospitals and other healthcare clients regarding staffing requirements. Liaising with candidates and staff working for SB Medics, also including shift co-ordination and availability checks. Supporting the co-ordination and booking of staff onto shifts across care homes and hospitals. Assisting with candidate registrations, compliance checks and paperwork requirements. Maintaining accurate records on internal systems. Supporting with all administrative tasks. Learning how to market SB Medics to new and existing clients regarding services available, and will be developing a professional sales approach. Assisting with payroll processes and understanding how timesheets are processed (Once trained). Supporting with invoice creation and learning how to understand billing processes.
Training:
No college day release required. Coach visits.
Training Outcome:
After successful completion of Apprenticeship and proven performance, may be considered for a full time position depending on business needs.

Working Hours :
Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm 1 hour lunch break.
