Machining Technician (CNC) Apprentice

Safe operation of CNC milling machines & lathes Setting up of tooling, & managing tool wear in operation Setting up machines, CNC milling & lathes Monitoring of machine once in operation Learning to read & edit CNC programmes Learning to understand & read technical drawings & specifications Use of a wide range of technical measuring equipment used in the control of quality

Training Outcome:

There may be the opportunity to progress on to a higher level qualification or secure full-time employment.

Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:45. Friday - 08:00 - 12:00.
