Operations Apprentice
Gain hands-on experience in plant operations, waste management, and equipment maintenance while working with cutting-edge technology.
You’ll be trained to:
Assist in Plant Operations: Support the monitoring and operation of plant equipment such as boilers, turbines, and generators Waste Handling & Processing: Help with the sorting and processing of incoming waste materials, ensuring they are suitable for energy conversion Maintenance Support: Assist with routine checks and basic maintenance to ensure plant equipment is functioning optimally. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulations Data Collection & Reporting: Gather and report on operational data (e.g., energy output, emissions) for internal use and regulatory compliance Team Support: Work with other team members to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth plant operations Training & Development: Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge in waste management, energy production, and sustainabilityWhat We Offer:
