Join a well-established charity with over 100 years’ experience supporting children and young people with trauma and challenging behaviours. This is a great opportunity to grow your career within a supportive residential home in Worksop.

The role includes:

Leading shifts and supporting staff on shift

Delivering handovers and maintaining high standards of care

Deputising for the Deputy Manager when required

Remaining hands-on supporting young people

You’ll need:

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)

Experience in residential childcare
