Pastry ChefMICHELIN RESTAURANT - £35,000 per annum – Oxford Circus• Pastry Chef – running section• 2 chefs on the pastry section• Selection of 3 – 5 desserts – immaculate standards• Closed Sundays and Mondays – set days off• Creative Executive Head Chef• Three AA / Michelin• 40 guests maximum per dinner service• Modern French cuisine & techniques• Oxford Circus station – 5-minute walk• £35,000 + hourly paid overtime!• 48 hours per week, mixture of earlies and lates• Creative pastry section – input on menu’s and involved in costings• Bonuses & other benefits in addition to your salary• Payment every four weeks• 11pm latest finishWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?• A creative, experienced and passionate Pastry Chef.• A Pastry Chef with a solid culinary background having trained in fine dining operations.• A Pastry Chef that is confident in their ability to deliver immaculate restaurant desserts.• A career minded pastry chef who is highly driven and passionate.
